Here at Caris Cares, we take pride in making sure your products arrive with the same love and care they were made with. Because we’re based in sunny Florida, we’re mindful of the warm and humid weather that can affect meltable products like our whipped body butters.

To help preserve the quality of your order, all meltable items are shipped Monday through Wednesday. This helps prevent your package from sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend and ensures a smoother delivery.

🌿 Warm Weather Reminder:

During warmer months, we kindly encourage you to keep in mind that melting may occur during transit.

To protect your product:

Try not to leave your package outside in the heat.
If your butter softens or melts, simply place it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes (or until firm) to help it return to its whipped texture.

Rest assured — a little melting won’t affect the quality or benefits of your product.

Local Delivery 🚗

If you’re located in Miami, Florida, we offer local delivery for your convenience.
This option is highly recommended for anyone ordering meltable products or needing their order a little faster.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Each Caris Cares product is handmade with intention and care. Please allow 2–5 business days after placing your order for processing and fulfillment.
