Refund policy

Caris Cares is currently not accepting any refunds due to the nature of our products. However, we gladly accept cancellations 24 hours after a purchase is made. To cancel an order, simply email us at info@cariscares4u.com or send a message via the message box on our website (located at the bottom right on our web page). 

Returns and exchanges are not accepted, but If you experience any problems or issues with your product(s) please feel free to contact us. We will be more than happy to work out with you and find a solution that will satisfy you to the best of our abilities.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to have the best experience when shopping with Caris Cares.
