A: Simply browse our products, add your favorites to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can shop directly through our website or via our Etsy storefront. Be sure to double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept most major payment methods including debit/credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.
Q: Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?

Q: Do you sell at farmers markets?
A: Yes! You can shop Caris Cares in person at select farmers markets in the Miami area. This is a great way to see, smell, and experience our products before buying.
Q: What payment methods are accepted at farmers markets?
A: We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and mobile payment options like Cash App, Apple Pay, or other secure methods (depending on the event).
Q: Can I reserve or pre-order products for pickup at a market?
A: Yes — we often allow customers to place pre-orders online or via message and pick up their items at the next scheduled market. Just contact us ahead of time to coordinate.
Q: How can I find out which markets you’ll be at?

Q: Do you offer farmers' market exclusive products or deals?
A: Occasionally, yes! We love surprising our in-person shoppers with special bundles, discounts, or early product launches. 🌿
Q: Can I sample products at your booth?
A: We provide tester jars for many of our skincare products so you can feel the texture and smell the scents before purchasing.

Q: How should I store my soap bars?
A: To extend the life of your bar soap, let it dry fully between uses. Keep it away from water and excess moisture. Each bar comes in a reusable bag for easy storage. You can also grab our Natural Sisal Exfoliating Bag for an even better lather and gentle exfoliation.
Q: How do I keep my whipped body butter from melting?
A: Because we’re based in sunny Florida, warm and humid weather can cause natural melting. If your butter melts, simply pop it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes or until it returns to its solid state. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Q: How can I keep my scrubs fresh and clean?
A: Try to limit how much water gets into the jar. Use the spatula provided and keep the open jar away from direct running water to maintain the quality and shelf life of your product.
Q: Do your oils contain preservatives?
A: No — to maintain their most natural form, our oils are not formulated with preservatives. Be sure to keep any water away from the bottle and store in a cool, dry place.
Q: Are other products preserved?
A: Most of our other products are formulated with natural preservatives. However, it’s still best to keep all products sealed tightly, away from water and heat when not in use.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Q: When will my order ship?
A: All meltable products ship Monday through Wednesday to prevent your package from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. Non-meltable products may ship throughout the week.
Q: How long does processing take?
A: Every product is handmade with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing and fulfillment after placing your order.
Q: What if my product melts during shipping?
A: Don’t worry! Simply place it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes, and it’ll return to its original texture.
Q: Do you offer local delivery?
A: Yes! If you’re in Miami, Florida, local delivery may be available at checkout. This is highly recommended for meltable products or if you want your order sooner. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location.

Q: What is your return or refund policy?
A: Due to the handmade and personal nature of our skincare products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll work to make it right.

A: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your name, order number, and photos of the product, and we’ll take care of it.

A: Our founder, Elizabeth, created Caris Cares because of her own struggles with sensitive skin. Our products are formulated to be gentle and nourishing, but we always recommend doing a patch test first to ensure compatibility with your skin.

A: No. Our formulas are free from harsh chemicals, parabens, sulfates, and unnecessary fillers.
