At Caris Cares, we take pride in making sure your order arrives with the same love, care, and intention it was created with.

Because we are based in sunny Florida, we are especially mindful of the warm and humid weather that can affect meltable products, such as our whipped body butters.

✨ Shipping & Delivery

To help preserve the quality of your order, all meltable items are shipped Monday through Wednesday. This helps prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend and supports a smoother delivery experience.

Our goal is to make sure your products arrive in the best condition possible, especially during warmer seasons.

🌿 Warm Weather Reminder

During warmer months, melting or softening may occur in transit. This is completely natural and does not affect the quality or benefits of your product.

To help protect your order, we recommend:

Bringing your package inside as soon as possible after delivery.
Avoiding prolonged exposure to outdoor heat or direct sunlight.
If your body butter softens or melts, place it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes, or until firm.
If you would like to restore a lighter whipped texture, you may rewhip it using a clean hand mixer until soft and airy.

Rest assured — a little melting will not compromise the effectiveness of your product.

🚗 Local Delivery

If you are located in Miami, Florida, local delivery may be available for your convenience. This option is especially recommended for customers ordering meltable products or those who would like their order sooner.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Complimentary local delivery may also be available for select nearby areas.

🛍️ Processing & Handling Time

Each Caris Cares product is handmade with intention and care. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and fulfillment after placing your order.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
