Because our soaps are handcrafted in small batches and cured naturally, some of our most loved products are offered on a pre-order basis. Please read our pre-order policy carefully before placing your order.

🧼 What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order means purchasing an item before it is fully ready to ship. This allows you to reserve your bar before it officially launches, ensuring you do not miss out on our small-batch drops.
When you place a pre-order, you are guaranteeing that your bar is set aside from our next batch before it sells out.
🗓️ Presale Timeline
- Presale Period: Every second Thursday through Sunday of the month (4 days total)
- VIP Early Access: Every second Wednesday of the month for email list subscribers only
- Shipping Date: Orders begin shipping on the second Wednesday after presale starts
- Processing Time: Once shipping begins, please allow 3–5 business days for fulfillment and tracking updates
- Holidays: If a ship date falls on a holiday, orders will ship the business day before
This timeline allows us to ensure each bar has cured properly and is packaged with care before delivery.

📦 Shipping & Fulfillment
- Orders ship in the order they are received.
- You will receive a confirmation email after placing your pre-order and a shipping notification with tracking once your order has shipped.
- All products are carefully wrapped and packed to preserve their natural integrity.
✨ Product Availability
- Pre-orders are limited. Once a batch sells out, it will not be restocked until the following month.
- Because our soaps are handcrafted and cured, natural variations in size, shape, or color may occur. This is part of what makes each Caris Cares bar unique.
🕓 Delays & Updates
We take our curing and crafting process seriously. If a delay occurs, such as when a soap requires additional curing time, you will receive a courtesy email with an updated estimated shipping date.
We believe in full transparency and will always communicate with you first.
💳 Payments & Refunds
- All pre-order payments are processed at checkout to reserve your bar.
- Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Refunds: Because each product is made to order, pre-orders are non-refundable after the 24-hour cancellation window.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@cariscares4u.com within 48 hours, and we will gladly make it right.
📬 Changes to Your Order
- Shipping addresses may be updated up to 3 days before your ship date.
- Please email us as soon as possible with your updated information.
